Community Amalgamated Lifts believes in supporting a range of charities and organisations that make important contributions to the community. Little Havens Children's Hospice Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite breaks, symptom control and end- of-life care for youngsters living with serious conditions and who are not expected to reach adulthood. The love and care provided by the Care Team in the homely surroundings at Little Havens is as special and unique as the child, and free of charge. This could not continue without kind donations as it costs £2.3 million each year to keep the hospice open. Barnardo’s helps over 110,000 children, young people and their families every year. www.barnardos.org.uk Eldon Housing Eldon Housing Association Ltd was formed in 1981 to assume full responsibility for the housing and homes for the elderly entrusted to the Croydon Guild of Voluntary Organisations, now known as Croydon Voluntary Action, hence its commitment to providing housing for the people of Croydon. It is a non-profit making organisation with charitable status. The Association’s aims and objectives are to provide housing and associated amenities for people in housing need. Since its formation Eldon Housing Association has expanded its business by developing sites and now has a stock comprising sheltered housing, flexible care sheltered housing and extra care sheltered housing all located in the London Borough of Croydon. Its services include supported living, domiciliary services, extra care schemes, registered care homes, day services and respite/short break services. Heritage Care supports 800 service users every day and employs 1600 staff in over 100 locations. The First team is enjoying success in the Kent County Football league this year having won the first division of the South London Alliance in 2008/09, reaching three cup finals and winning two. Amalgamated Lifts has morethan a passing interest in Seven Acre Sports, the Second team is managed by Amalgamated Lifts' Financial Director John Brand. www.7acresportsfc.co.uk Demelza Hospice Care For children Amalgamated Lifts provides Demelza Hospice Care For children with free lift maintenance services. Demelza is an incredible charity providing hospice care for over 600 children with life-limiting illnesses and invaluable support for their families across East Sussex, Kent and South East London.  Amalgamated Lifts is supporting Demelza by providing full maintenance services for four lifts; one passenger lift at Demelza South London in Eltham, which opened last year, and two passenger lifts and one goods lift at the original Demelza House in Sittingbourne, free of charge. Russellers FC  Amalgamated Lifts supports Russellers FC and paid for the Under 11 team's football kit this year.
