Schedule of Planned Maintenance Tasks (PPM)

We offer three types of maintenance contract, any of which can be tailored to suit your requirements. Contract types range from:

  1. Standard Maintenance Contract
  2. Premium Maintenance Contract
  3. Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

Everyone, regardless of cover, also receives:

  • Regular service visits, according to our maintenance schedule.
  • An Annual report on the condition of your lift equipment.
  • Fast response to breakdowns: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (With priority response to trapped passengers.)
  • One point of contact for all matters relating to your contract.
  • Peace of mind.
