Choosing who looks after your lift is an important decision and as a lift maintenance provider we recognise that budget, time-scales, and disruptions to the lift service are top priorities. We maintain a variety of lift models, makes, manufacturers, and ages for clients based in the Residential, Commercial, Private, Public and Facility Management sectors.
We offer knowledgeable advice and the most appropriate level of maintenance cover by assessing the lifts’ age, condition, and volume of daily usage. We provide three types of contracts standard, premium and comprehensive.
On each contract full, honest and open communication is provided along with real time information, accurate reporting and a single point of contact meaning you will not have to endure frustrating call centres if an emergency breakdown should occur or you require additional information.
We understand that the reliability of lifts is essential and to minimise any potential disruption to service we carry out thorough and regular service checks. Our team of skilled and experienced engineers ensure that any potential issues that may pose future problems are identified and recommendations are provided to avoid this. Our engineers are geographically routed to neighbour one another meaning fast response times are met at all times.

All of our engineers utilise PDA’s and complete a digital job sheet for every site visit regardless of the purpose of their visit – planned maintenance, breakdown or repair works. These sheets detail the works carried out on site and the status of your lift.
Copies of the digital sheets can be sent to a designated email upon request. This can be set-up at the start of your contract, or if you already have a contract with us, and would like to add this facility, please contact Katie Jukes
