From time to time it is inevitable that your lift(s) will require repair works. When this happens lift parts are sourced in almost every case, through locally approved suppliers and are easily accessible meaning our first time fix rate is maximised in the event of a lift failure. All engineers carry replacement parts and are able to gain parts quickly.
Should any lifts under the maintenance contract require a non-contractual repair work or part; the Repairs Operation Manager and his team will send you a detailed quotation and only on your approval carry out the specified works.
Risk Assessments (under PUWER 1998), Insurance Reports and general day to day maintenance visits will provoke recommendations.
