Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Maintenance Award

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust have selected AL to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance services to 31 lifts across The University Hospital Lewisham’s portfolio. The semi comprehensive contract will require monthly planned maintenance visits across the Passenger, Goods and Disabled Lifts.

The contract was awarded following a successful tendering process and the University Hospital recognising that AL would offer a personable approach.

The contract has a designated engineer who will predominately carry out all servicing and call outs and a designated Customer Service Adviser to support the engineer and work with the Lewisham team. In the event that the engineer may be unavailable, neighbouring engineers are always readily be available to support and assist.
