Major London Borough of Islington 4 Year Maintenance Award

Following a comprehensive and detailed tender process AL were recently awarded the contract by the London Borough of Islington to provide maintenance and repair services to the Borough’s extensive 400 lift portfolio.

We are delighted to be given this opportunity to develop our maintenance business with this high profile and progressive Borough. The contract includes for all maintenance, callout and repair services on a comprehensive basis. A fully experienced site team has been created to provide the levels of service quality demanded and to achieve the high levels of reliability required.

Other objectives of the contract are to create local employment opportunities, develop local supply chains and to create a working partnership that provides benefits and an improvement in all aspects of lift performance to the whole of the Borough. We will be working closely with the Islington team to achieve and exceed these objectives.

This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate our abilities to provide positive performance and to create an environment of improvement that will set new standards for major contracts across London.
