Riverside Plaza

Amalgamated have been maintaining the lifts at Riverside Plaza for the past 10 years and more recently we have had the pleasure of completing 4 lift modernisations within their Sherwood and Mendip residential blocks.

The works to each lift only took 6 weeks to complete with 3 days of testing that followed. The works included a new control panel, hand winding indicator, shaft selector system, landing pushes and car push stations. We further made modernisations to the existing lift pit, safety gear, landing doors and a new car reline.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents at Riverside Plaza, for their continuing support and we look forward to the next 10 years.
