Our Directors have completed director responsibilities training, and we have several qualified IOSH personnel with NEBOSH and SMSTS qualifications. Our contract management and site supervisory staff have completed CITB courses, enabling them to write RAMS, Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), and working rules with safe methods that are monitored and included in our delivery.
Our engineers possess a minimum NVQ3 qualification and undergo mandatory Health and Safety training. We are fortunate to have engineers who have progressed from apprenticeship levels with key manufacturers, bringing a wealth of technical expertise, fault finding knowledge and rapid response solutions.
We are all about personnel and our staff retention and longevity of service in our employment across our portfolio is high. Approximately 30% of our team have been with us for over 10 years and we pride these relationships sustained over the last decade.

Additionally, our Project Engineers boast a minimum EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Engineering (Lift Repair) and NVQ3 Installation and Commissioning qualifications, demonstrating their commitment to excellence in project management and execution.
