25 Year Work Anniversary

We are extremely proud to recognise and honour the significant milestone achieved by three of our longest servicing employees; Liz, Dave and Doug!

Last month marked their 25th year of working for us.

Responsible Procurement – Tenant Celebration Day

We had the pleasure of attending Gravesham Borough Council Tenant Celebration Event in early April. It was another great opportunity to give back to the community in which we serve, and to bring some joy at Easter, hosting a raffle for the local community. We hope our contributions make a meaningful difference!

 

Fact based learning made easy

In March, we provided renewal First Aid, Fire Safety, Asbestos Awareness, Working At Height, Manual Handling, and Abrasive Wheels training for both our office and field representatives. The training was tailored to our company procedures, and that of the wider lift industry.  Thank you to our in house Compliance Manager who ensured these training courses were delivered and scheduled in a way which caused minimal disruption to business operations, whilst ensuring that our staff’s training is up to date and compliant with the latest Health and Safety Standards.  Those in attendance noted that the courses delivered, “made fact based learning extremely easy to digest”.

School Careers Fair Event

It was an absolute delight to take part in a Careers Fair Event held within our local community. We had the opportunity to answer some really insightful questions from the curious Key Stage 2 pupils! It was great to be joined by a variety of industries at the event and give back to the community in which we serve. BeLambeth Apprenticeship Fair

To start National Apprenticeship Week 2025, AL had the pleasure of meeting so many Lambeth residents, and potential future members of the AL team at the BeLambeth Apprenticeship Fair.
