In March, we provided renewal First Aid, Fire Safety, Asbestos Awareness, Working At Height, Manual Handling, and Abrasive Wheels training for both our office and field representatives. The training was tailored to our company procedures, and that of the wider lift industry.  Thank you to our in house Compliance Manager who ensured these training courses were delivered and scheduled in a way which caused minimal disruption to business operations, whilst ensuring that our staff’s training is up to date and compliant with the latest Health and Safety Standards.  Those in attendance noted that the courses delivered, “made fact based learning extremely easy to digest”.

Our Repairs Department’s latest project showcases the modernisation of triplex lifts including one fire fighting – New DAC Panels ✔ – Sassi Machines running at 1.6m/s ✔ – Dinacell load weighers fitted to rope tails in motor room ✔ – Lops, DAC landing indicators (programmed in black and white in keeping with the buildings design) ✔ – Langer & Laumann Door Operators ✔ – Atwell overspeed governors ✔ – Re-roped, including safety ropes for overspeed governors ✔

In November, we had the pleasure of attending London Build Expo, it was great to get insight on how the industry is developing, and the new technologies being introduced to all aspects of business, aiding us all to work collectively towards a more sustainable future.
